All occupants on board disembarked without injuries.
The occurrence took place on 11 February 2026 during a scheduled passenger flight from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, to Port Harcourt. After the crew reported the engine abnormality, emergency procedures were initiated and the aircraft was diverted to the nearest suitable airport, Benin, where it landed safely.
