Aero Contractors took delivery of a second Boeing 737 on 5 September 2018, continuing the gradual fleet rebuild it began after resuming scheduled commercial flights earlier in the year.

A Phased Schedule Expansion

The addition allowed the airline to introduce a second daily frequency on its core Lagos-Abuja route, which had been operating on a single daily rotation since its return to scheduled service.

Cautious Growth Strategy

Management said further fleet additions would depend on how the airline's core routes performed commercially, describing the approach as a deliberately cautious rebuild after its earlier financial difficulties.
